We're barely into the new year and, already, designers have realeased they're pre-fall collections for the next fall. Phew! The style is pretty diverse and you can check out the pictures at http://www.fashionologie.com, or you can simply read on and take a look at my favorites from each collection!
Colors: brown, beige, plum, beat, orange and black details
Key pieces: high socks, heavy jackets and lots of dresses (some midi, some mini)
Accessories: thick, high waisted belts and maxibags!
Colors: creme, black, red, olive
Key pieces: structured coats, full skirts, midi dresses, skinny pants
Accessories: again with the thick, high waisted belts, plus cropped leather gloves and high heeled ankle boots that add a bit of a rock and roll attitude to the classic pieces of clothing
Colors: creme, beige, black, bright maroon, electric blue
Key pieces: mini and midi full dresses, maxi dresses with long slits, wide legged pants, tailored blazers
Accessories: not so many belts this time, although the waist is still accentuated with dresses and blazers. Very heavy, high heeled shoes and leather gloves in all sizes (mostly long)
Colors: black, grey, fuschia details
Key pieces: think androginy! oversized blazers and pants, suits, buttoned up shirts and some tailored dresses
Accessories: clutches, oxfords and pointy flats
Colors: bright yellow, blue, black, coral, beige
Key pieces: tons of embroidered pieces and lots of flowers, classic cuts, pencil skirts, dresses down to the knee, turtlenecks, sweaters
Accessories: low heeled pumps (not quite as low as kitten heels)
In general, I thought they were all very usable and quite easy to base ourselves on. My favorite pieces were McQ's gorgeous coats, Rachel Zoe's pants and blazers and the pleasant idea of wearing bright colors and florals during fall, like showcased in Erdem's collection. And you, what do you think? Which of these Pre-fall trends will you add to your outfits first? Leave a comment bellow!
